Flying Elephant also runs a children's film club in Hyderabad showing films from around the world to children. In 2008 Preeya Nair collaborated with Maikki Kantola a Finnish animator , and Noelie Charles a filmmaker from France , to host a five day animation workshop for children. 'Ekki Dokki' one of the films produced in this workshop. It won an award at the 8th Annual Shortie Film Awards in Washington DC and was screened at many film festivals.

The work shop was supported by Twincity Exptriates Association, Hyderabad.
